Regional Sales Manager

Join PALFINGER as a Regional Sales Manager and play a key role in growing our market presence across your assigned territory. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and focuses on expanding sales of loader cranes and truck mounted forklifts. You’ll lead dealer development, market expansion, and customer engagement efforts within a high‑impact region.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, key accounts, and end‑users.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard prospective dealers to strengthen regional coverage.
- Serve as the primary liaison between dealers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Represent PALFINGER at regional events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote products and brand awareness.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or GED with extensive experience in the truck equipment or crane industry.
- Proven success executing full‑cycle sales strategies across diverse customer segments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical learning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales funnel, utilize CRM tools, and build accurate forecasts.
- Ability to work independently, travel approximately 70%, and manage a home‑based portion of the role.
