Since 2010, PALFINGER has taken over four major players in the maritime business. These acquisitions were significant growth steps for PALFINGER MARINE, considerably expanding its product portfolio in the fields of boats and davits, winches, lifting and handling equipment, as well as offshore cranes. Ned-Deck Marine

In 2010, PALFINGER acquired the Dutch company Ned-Deck Marine, a market leader in the field of davit systems.

Dreggen

In 2012, PALFINGER acquired the Bergen Group Dreggen, a renowned Norwegian producer of marine and offshore cranes.

Norwegian Deck Machinery (NDM)

In 2015, PALFINGER acquired Norwegian Deck Machinery (NDM), a supplier of high quality deck winches.

Harding

In 2016, PALFINGER acquired the Harding Group, a leading supplier of lifesaving equipment with a global service network.
