PALFINGER Interlift, LLC, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join the team and work out of our manufacturing facility in Cerritos, California. Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling and entering large amounts of vendor invoices with high accuracy and attention to detail on a timely basis.
- Update and maintain vendor database, reconcile vendor statements
- Research invoice discrepancies with appropriate parties.
- Field vendor calls for status of payment on invoices.
- Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Perform bi-weekly check and ACH runs.
Your Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required, an associate degree in accounting preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in general Accounting/Accounts Payable and understanding of accounting principle and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention detail and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with SAGE is highly preferred
