PALFINGER Interlift is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Aftersales to lead our Parts & Service, Warranty, and Installation teams. This position, reporting directly to the Managing Director in Cerritos, CA, plays a critical role in advancing our service vision and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support dealers, distributors, and fleet networks through strong communication, issue resolution, and technical guidance.
- Lead the creation and delivery of training programs for Dealers, Service Partners, and Fleet customers.
- Drive after-sales revenue growth through service programs, parts sales, warranty performance, and customer support initiatives.
- Oversee departmental budgets, cost control measures, and profitability targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Support complex technical escalations and ensure alignment with Engineering, Quality, and Product Management.
Qualifications
- Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic engineering preferred; equivalent industry experience accepted.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in after-sales, field service, warranty operations, or service management within PALFINGER or comparable industrial machinery sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of liftgate systems and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Ability to deliver training programs and provide advanced technical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP or service management systems, preferred.
- Demonstrated capability in team leadership, hiring, coaching, and performance management.
