We're looking for a Digital Service Tools Manager to join our team in Schaumburg, IL! In this key role, you’ll lead the implementation and optimization of digital tools across our after-sales and service partner network, driving impactful change. You’ll also serve as the go-to expert for our Sales, Service, and Product/Marketing teams, helping us shape the future of digital service at PALFINGER. This position reports to our Regional Service Director and offers the opportunity to make a real difference.artner network. This role will also serve as a knowledge-hub expert for our internal Sales, Service and Product/Marketing teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize our suite of digital services such as the Connected program Telematics with Fleet & Operator Monitor, Service Cockpit, Smart processes, and service contracts.
- Manage the digital service tools budget, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure successful implementation and profitability.
- Lead and coordinate the release of new digital service products and features.
- Deliver impactful training and product presentations for our internal teams, service partners and key end customers.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to optimize digital service solution strategies and plans.
- Collect and analyze data/insights to assess the effectiveness of PALFINGER’S digital service tools; share insights on competitive offerings in the digital service tools space.
Your Qualifications
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in selling and/or managing digital service tools, preferably with digitally connected equipment, in a manufacturing and customer service environment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Effective communications skills, collaborative team player with a support orientation and mindset.
• Occasional travel required to PALFINGER dealer and customer sites throughout North America.
