For our Talent Acquisition HUB , situated in Sofia, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills at the position:Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) to drive recruitment excellence and support our employer branding efforts within EMEA.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies and fill expert and senior-level positions across various business functions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Create and publish engaging job postings that reflect our brand and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate on employer branding campaigns, including events, social media, and offline advertisements, in close alignment with our Talent Attraction & Employer Branding team.
  • Track and report on recruiting and HR metrics to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally focused on white-collar roles.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interviewing and diagnostic skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality and structured, self-organized work style.
  • International mindset, intercultural competence, and openness to change in a dynamic environment.
