For our Talent Acquisition HUB , situated in Sofia, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills at the position:Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) to drive recruitment excellence and support our employer branding efforts within EMEA.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies and fill expert and senior-level positions across various business functions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Create and publish engaging job postings that reflect our brand and attract top talent.
Collaborate on employer branding campaigns, including events, social media, and offline advertisements, in close alignment with our Talent Attraction & Employer Branding team.
Track and report on recruiting and HR metrics to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally focused on white-collar roles.
Excellent proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
Strong interviewing and diagnostic skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and diverse stakeholders.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality and structured, self-organized work style.
International mindset, intercultural competence, and openness to change in a dynamic environment.
