As Global Website Editorial & Content Senior Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping and maintaining PALFINGER’s global web presence. You will be responsible for managing the corporate-level website pages, the European regional site, and the templates used by local editors worldwide.Your work will be a mix of strategic content adaptation — converting content from stakeholders such as Corporate Communications and Product Marketing into web-ready content — and operational website management, including page creation, editing, and maintenance. You will collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that PALFINGER’s website reflects best practices in content, design, and user experience

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage PALFINGER’s global and regional websites, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with business objectives, brand voice, and customer journeys
  • Create, edit, and optimize website content following SEO, accessibility, and UX best practices, while maintaining global consistency and standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to gather, adapt, and produce engaging web content (text, images, videos, visuals)
  • Support and guide local editors, providing templates, frameworks, and best-practice advice to enable effective localization
  • Lead continuous improvement by auditing content, testing new website features, and collaborating with platform management to enhance site capabilities and performance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or related field, with 3–5 years’ experience in website content management, digital publishing, or editorial roles; B2B/industrial machinery background is an advantage
  • Proven expertise in enterprise-level CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred), with strong skills in SEO, UX writing, and web content best practices
  • Strong editorial ability to adapt technical and marketing content for digital channels, using tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira for collaboration and workflow
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and external agencies, balancing strategic planning with hands-on content execution
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills; fluent in English (German is a plus)

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04  per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
