The Head of Product Management Loader Cranes Solutions is responsible for developing and managing the product strategy, portfolio, and modularity of Loader Cranes Solutions, translating market needs into technical requirements, and driving innovation through cross-functional collaboration. This role also involves overseeing integrated and equipment solutions, conducting market analyses, and ensuring organizational development across Engineering, Sales, Service, and Operations to support long-term growth.

Your Responsibilities:

Identify and develop integrated and equipment solutions globally, considering market potential, competition, regional suitability, and strategic alignment with alternative drives and pricing.
Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses, including segmentation, pricing strategies, and technical benchmarking to inform product and business decisions.
Capture and translate customer needs into technically feasible product requirements and holistic customer journeys, collaborating closely with Sales, Service, and Engineering.
Define and manage the Loader Cranes Solutions product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals, continuous improvement, and cost efficiency.
Drive cross-functional organizational growth and support project execution through effective collaboration, planning, and monitoring of results.

Your Qualifications:

Technical degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, product management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the loader crane or a comparable B2B industrial sector.
Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams effectively.
Strong sense of responsibility, with an analytical and structured approach to work.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.432,36 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
