RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and support SAP SuccessFactors modules with main focus on Talent Management and Learning.
Guide departments on HR tool implementation and roll-out projects.
Streamline processes with innovative solutions.
Manage requirements for changes and new developments.
Take partial project ownership during system module implementations or change requests

QUALIFICATIONS

Passion for HR digitalization and working on a great digital user experience.
Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors).
Proactive, open-minded, team player.
Analytical mindset, precision, hands-on attitude.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 41.390,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
