In this role, you will participate in onsite LEAN Management activities. By applying these principles and methodologies during workshops, projects, initiatives, and KAIZEN events, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Define, plan, and conduct improvement initiatives via lean tools (VSM/VSD, KAIZEN Events, workshops, projects, etc.)
Apply LEAN fundamentals like 5S, SFM, TPM, SMED, GEMBA, PDCA, A3 Problem Solving, etc.
Training, coaching, and mentoring of employees of all hierarchy levels on LEAN tools and principles
Develop and maintain metrics and scorecard to assess the effectiveness of LEAN activities
Create good & best practices during different improvement activities and share them during best practice events within our network

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in operations and/or a continuous improvement role
Master’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, business, or equivalent professional experience in operations
Proven track record in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Management, with Lean Six Sigma education preferred (Black Belt or Green Belt certification required)
Strong intercultural communication skills, analytical abilities, digital operations knowledge, and project management expertise
Fluency in English and French (German is a plus), with a willingness to travel internationally
