In this role, you will participate in onsite LEAN Management activities. By applying these principles and methodologies during workshops, projects, initiatives, and KAIZEN events, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, plan, and conduct improvement initiatives via lean tools (VSM/VSD, KAIZEN Events, workshops, projects, etc.)
- Apply LEAN fundamentals like 5S, SFM, TPM, SMED, GEMBA, PDCA, A3 Problem Solving, etc.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring of employees of all hierarchy levels on LEAN tools and principles
- Develop and maintain metrics and scorecard to assess the effectiveness of LEAN activities
- Create good & best practices during different improvement activities and share them during best practice events within our network
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in operations and/or a continuous improvement role
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, business, or equivalent professional experience in operations
- Proven track record in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Management, with Lean Six Sigma education preferred (Black Belt or Green Belt certification required)
- Strong intercultural communication skills, analytical abilities, digital operations knowledge, and project management expertise
- Fluency in English and French (German is a plus), with a willingness to travel internationally
