Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Local Quality Specialist - Process Expert (f/m/d) to strengthen our team at our manufacturing facility in Cherven Bryag.

YOUR TASKS

Support the planning and implementation of SAP projects and quality management processes, focusing on local execution, workshops, and training sessions.
Assist with local requirements analysis, process design, and implementation of QM processes and quality-relevant tools and systems (e.g., SAP Q, Quentic, M-Files, Signavio, Enable Now, Polyworks).
Create and maintain local project status reports, including tracking related incidents and key updates.
Ensure regular communication between factory quality and regional/global process experts on process and system-related topics.
Prepare reports for the Quality Manager (Plant) and regional/global Process Expert contacts to ensure alignment and support decision-making.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in English and/or German with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Passion for holistic and integrative quality management processes, as well as interest in new technologies, digitization platforms, and SAP Q solutions.
Desirable: Proven expertise in the application and implementation of software solutions in quality management.
Experience with the application and/or administration of systems such as SAP, SAP Q, Quentic, M-Files, Signavio, Enable Now, and Polyworks is highly valued.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to challenges.
