We are looking for a motivated Local Quality Specialist - Product Line Quality Plant (f/m/d) to join our team in our manufacturing facility in Cherven Bryag.

YOUR TASKS

Communicate the factory's capabilities in process/product quality and testing/inspection, while supporting feasibility analyses from prototype to serial production.
Contribute to the creation of FMEAs, control plans, and test plans, and actively participate in the selection of measurement equipment and development of measurement strategies.
Identify and communicate skill gaps in quality processes for new projects, and measure/document quality-relevant characteristics during the product development process (aligned with PDP milestones).
Support pre- and post-preparation of process and product audits in the PDP process and summarize information on complaints during the development phase using the 8D method.
Maintain quality-related reports and nonconformance statistics for new products, ensure regular communication between factory quality and product line quality, and create reports for the Quality Manager and CPLQM.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in English and/or German (B2).
Technical background in manufacturing industries, with knowledge of management systems and standards such as ISO 3834 (Welding Quality Assurance).
Experience with Quality Management Systems, FMEA, and creating control and inspection plans; training in ISO 9712 test methods (PT, VT, MT, UT) is an advantage.
Strong skills in Problem-Solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5Whys, Defect Pareto, X-Y Matrix) with the ability to lead RCCA projects and resolve issues effectively.
Hands-on attitude, willingness to address problems at their root, and strong analytical and communication skills.
