We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Manager to drive the transformation of finance operations—starting with Accounts Payable (AP) and expanding to other financial areas—through intelligent automation and AI. This role focuses on process ownership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, data-driven improvements across the global finance function.

Manager – Finance Process Innovation & AI Integration (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS

Lead the design and deployment of intelligent automation solutions across Accounts Payable (AP) and other finance processes such as General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Identify and prioritize opportunities for process optimization using RPA, AI, and data-driven insights to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Conduct fit-gap analyses and develop scalable technical specifications for automation and system enhancements across finance operations
Collaborate with GBS Transition Managers, Process Owners, and Finance stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with strategic business goals
Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and reverse SLAs to evaluate the impact of automation and continuous improvement efforts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Solid experience in finance operations, with a strong focus on AP, and exposure to GL, AR, or other related processes within GBS or shared services environments
Proficiency in SAP ERP, RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and AI tools for finance transformation
Proven ability to lead process optimization and digital transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Technical fluency in AI platforms and scripting languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Azure AI) to support intelligent automation
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of implementing automation and GenAI use cases in finance
