For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills at the position: Order To Cash Lead (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

Lead and manage the Order to Cash team, fostering development and providing strategic guidance and support
Oversee end-to-end O2C processes, including order management, invoicing, credit, and collections, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance
Track KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and optimize the overall order to cash cycle
Build strong customer relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and report performance insights to senior management while driving cost-effective improvements

Your Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
Minimum 5 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience with ERP systems and O2C software, preferably SAP
Fluent in English; proficiency in German will be considered as a plus
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
