We are looking for a Process & Data Specialist (w/m/d) to help shape the future of our supply chain operations. In this role, you will drive global strategies for processes and data, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across regions. If you have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP), and a passion for designing and implementing innovative processes, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Develop the global strategy for processes and data in collaboration with the Senior Process Manager for the focus areas Supply Planning and Inventory management
  • Ensure standardized data collection, data handling and system entry to allow for a focus on decision making
  • Ensure knowledge build up and sharing across regions & sites (e.g., concept behind safety/cycle stock, inventory drivers, constrained vs. unconstrained demand)
  • Design and maintain standardized inventory monitoring and escalation governance
  • Lead process modeling, documentation, and training of local experts during rollouts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Academic degree or proven track record in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with skills in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated capability in process design, problem solving, and structured implementation
  • Great interest in the conception and implementation of new processes; organized and hands-on working style
  • Proficient in English and German; willingness to travel occasionally

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53 241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
