As a Production Supervisor at our Niagara Falls facility, you’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for assembling our high-quality cranes and components with precision and efficiency. In this leadership role, you’ll drive safety, quality, and productivity across the afternoon shift while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your Responsibilites

  • Supervise daily assembly operations of cranes and sub-assemblies, ensuring work is completed according to Palfinger standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee team activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Work overtime as required to support production demands.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to safety, environment, and quality.
  • Promote continuous improvement by participating in 6S audits, process optimization, and health & safety initiatives.
  • Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Address production challenges proactively to maintain efficiency and product quality.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly; supervisory experience is an asset.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and quality control practices.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Palfinger assembly or related equipment manufacturing is an asset.
