As a Production Supervisor at our Niagara Falls facility, you’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for assembling our high-quality cranes and components with precision and efficiency. In this leadership role, you’ll drive safety, quality, and productivity across the afternoon shift while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your Responsibilites

Supervise daily assembly operations of cranes and sub-assemblies, ensuring work is completed according to Palfinger standards.
Coordinate and oversee team activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Work overtime as required to support production demands.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to safety, environment, and quality.
Promote continuous improvement by participating in 6S audits, process optimization, and health & safety initiatives.
Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Address production challenges proactively to maintain efficiency and product quality.

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly; supervisory experience is an asset.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and quality control practices.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Experience in Palfinger assembly or related equipment manufacturing is an asset.
