Palfinger is seeking a Project Manager focused on Aerial Work Platform to join our manufacturing team in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, you’ll lead innovative product, system, and service development projects with both local and global teams, using classic and agile project management methods. Your Tasks

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with PALFINGER’s Product Development Process (PDP).
  • Drive project success through KPI tracking, gate reviews, and proactive risk and stakeholder management.
  • Own the full project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting.
  • Conduct cost analysis and ensure accurate financial planning in collaboration with the core team.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal best practices.

Your Qualifications

  • 5–9 years of experience leading cross-functional and international project teams using both classical and agile methods.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering preferred) and strong skills in communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven success managing projects through stage/gate processes and navigating complex timelines.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong interpersonal, intercultural, and decision-making skills.
  • PMP or comparable project management certification is highly desirable, along with the willingness to travel as needed.
