We are seeking a skilled and proactive Prototype Developer to join our team in Modena, Italy. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional with hands-on experience in machine assembly and a strong understanding of hydraulics and technical drawings.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components for prototype machines
Detect and report issues in prototypes early, and propose corrective actions
Conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement or modification. Make on-site adjustments independently when needed
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and manage prototype activities effectively
Support and participate in testing procedures such as stability, fatigue, and component tests

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in Italian both written and spoken; basic level of English
Proven experience in mechanical engineering or machine assembly ideally in the lifting sector
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and technical drawings
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Valid welder’s and forklift licenses will be considered an advantage
