We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Sales and Service team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cranes, lifesaving equipment in maritime industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
