Join PALFINGER as a Sales Operations Manager, NAM, where you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and strategic execution within our North American sales organization. Based in Schaumburg, IL, you’ll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our sales operations run efficiently, data is leveraged effectively, and our customers experience best-in-class service.
Your Responsibilities
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency and performance across the NAM sales organization.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking to align execution with business targets.
- Collaborate with finance, service, and product management to ensure seamless communication and data accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations, focusing on scalability and customer satisfaction.
- Support business development and strategic initiatives through analysis, planning, and execution coordination.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or business process improvement within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills, with proven experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Ability to travel up to 30–40% as required.

- Salary range: $115,000 – $125,000 plus bonus eligibility.
