Palfinger Inc., a global leader in truck-mounted knuckle boom cranes, is seeking a dedicated Shipper to join our Niagara Falls manufacturing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products are packaged, documented, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities

Accurately stage, count, and package finished goods and spare parts according to company standards and customer orders.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products and load trucks.
Review shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and labels, ensuring accuracy.
Perform final inspections on outgoing shipments to verify product quality and order correctness.
Assist with inventory management and coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.

Your Qualifications

High School Diploma (OSSGD) or equivalent required.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing.
Forklift certification and proven experience operating material handling equipment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with quality standards, lean manufacturing practices, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
