Join our Global Business Services Center in Sofia as a Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM — we’re looking for someone proactive, detail‑oriented, and ready to communicate and collaborate effectively.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and manage daily bugs (automated and user-reported) in Freshdesk and Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution
Act as 2nd-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including issue diagnosis, ticket handling, and escalation management
Support release testing, UI/UX reviews, and documentation of new features, test cases, and processes
Maintain and update CRM configurations, manage CRM<>CPQ status updates, and handle bulk data change
Analyze and document integration issues between CRM, SAP, and PALDESK applications, and oversee cleanup of old/duplicate bugs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years’ experience in customizing and testing CPQ solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Solid understanding of software development concepts, APIs (REST, RPC), and system integration fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
