We are seeking for a knowledgeable and hands-on Technical Trainer, Boats and Davits.

Your tasks will be to deliver technical instruction, product training, operator trainings and operational support for maritime lifesaving equipment. This role involves delivering classroom and practical training on the maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of lifeboats, rescue boats, davit systems, and related equipment to internal technicians worldwide, service partners, and client

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct hands-on training sessions using actual training equipment.
Ensure all training complies with regulatory and industry standards (SOLAS, IMO, LSA Code, MSC.1/Circ.1206/Rev.1, MSC. 402, ISO 9001.).
Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in lifeboat and davit technologies and regulations.
Prepare training materials, manuals, operating procedures, and technical documentation.

Your Qualifications:

Strong technical background in marine engineering or mechanical and hydraulic systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or technical mentor is preferred.
3–5 years of hands-on experience with boats, davits, or marine safety systems.
English language skills in speaking and writing are mandatory for effective communication and collaboration.
