Join PALFINGER as our Warranty Specialist who supports the North American market by reviewing and processing warranty and short shipment claims across multiple product lines. Reporting to the Regional Warranty Manager and based in our Niagara Falls location, this role partners closely with dealers, distributors, and internal service teams to ensure claims are handled accurately, fairly, and on time. You’ll apply technical judgment, policy knowledge, and strong communication skills to protect both the customer experience and PALFINGER’s standards.
