  • Project Execution: Act in accordance with Project Department procedures, establish project plans (including budget, time, and resources), and track progress against milestones.
  • Risk and Change Management: Analyze project environments and risks, manage changes (e.g., VOR), and re-plan as necessary during project execution.
  • Communication and Leadership: Serve as the Single Point of Contact for client correspondence, initiate and run internal and external project meetings, and maintain communication and meeting plans.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Handle project-related document control, report progress (e.g., to steering committees), and escalate/report any criticalities or deviations from contracts, budgets, or schedules.
  • Project Closure and Improvements: Administratively close projects, communicate handovers to customers, and conduct lessons learned reports or meetings.
