The PALFINGER Go Power D100LE, a lifeboat engine dynamometer test stand, called “Dyno”, is a practical solution for testing a multitude of lifeboat engines without the need to launch. The system enables safe and user-friendly tests at reduced risk, while uniquely simulating real world conditions – without weather dependency or high sea complications.

Using the Dyno presents opportunities to discover and pro-actively rectify potential or hidden issues that could otherwise go undetected with pro-longed, minimally loaded use. PALFINGER MARINE has developed the system to further ensure the engines' performance at an optimal level if ever the lifeboat is called upon in an emergency.
